Rewarding

Quote of the day:

"In a moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing."-- Theodore Roosevelt

Here at the Home Center we understand you! We know that life is not always easy or cheap! We know that with this new day an age that is upon us, things can be ruff. We are hoping to take the sting out of what we can. Whether you are looking for a sofa, a dining table, or just a shoulder, we are here.

We are ready to work for you. Getting you the best deal for your hard earned money, and we won't stop until you are one-hundred percent pleased with the ending result. We understand the importance of perfection! Come on in and relax-- let us take care of you for once!

About two weeks ago, on a Monday afternoon, I was able to help out a family that needed a little break. The couple came in with their four children around four PM, and you could just tell they were exhausted. As the kids enjoyed our hanging basket swings I got a chance to talk with the two. They explained that their sofa and love seat had broke down --frame snapped right inhalf-- after only two short years of use. They explained that money was tight and that they needed something that was family friendly, functional--could hold everyone and that was easy to clean.

I could definitely see what the women was talking about, because as she explained about the clumsiness and ages her family ranged in, her three year old walked up to her and ran her orange chip fingers down her tan pants. The women just smiled and scooped her up in her arms with a smile. I was please that the deals this month would help out this family so much. I walked them through the showroom and explained the warranty, frame and fabric of each piece to them. The teflon spray and even the benefits of certain items over others. After a brief test of each sofa, their eyes wandered to the back of the show room and landed upon one of our top sellers, I had suggested. The set had been marked down considerably and was perfect for their price range. The color was a deep brown and the warranty would have them clear and free of worry for years to come! I knew that this item can take some abuse, I had seen it first hand, and was sure this was truly an item that would keep them happy! A perfect fit!

After discussing the finance options and even a layaway-- they had decided to put cash down in light of how low our price was. By five the couple left the store with their four children with a content relaxed expression. They could finally breath and worry about one less thing. Delivery was set up and all was finalized.

This Saturday I received a phone call from a man. He explained that he was the customer from the other day, and just wanted to call and say thank you. That the items fit the room great, the teflon spray had already been tasted by that beautiful three year old girl, and that it was so comfortable they hated to go to bed despite their energy level. The sound in his voice and the fact that I could help them out was so rewarding. It is truly a day I will not forget!

Stop in and see us. I have said it before and I am going to say it again--- YOU are FAMILY!!
Let us see what we can do for YOU!!!
